Dobadee – and because I can’t think of any title that makes any sense

Why do blogs have titles anyway? Kidding. Anyway, it’s been ahmm a couple weeks since my last entry. I was busy with: playing, flickr’ng, editing and flickr’ng. And recently I always sleep past 12, such unhealthy sleeping habits. What surprises me though is I never get antok in the office, well I do, sometimes.

So here’s what I have been doing since my last entry. Last Wednesday, we went to Trinoma with a couple friends and watched Harry Potter 5. The movie was the best of the franchise so far, the reviews say so, the returns say so, so who I am to argue and I really think it is by far the best Harry Potter movie I saw since the first one (or the second, or the third…). Wait, this is my last entry.

Last week din, I started playing Bully, which I bought three months ago, on PS2. And because the console hangs every now and again, tinigil ko na. Asar, muntik ko ng tadyakan ang lecheng PS2. So I inserted Prince of Persia: Two Thrones instead. Hangang ngayon ndi ko pa sya tapos. I would definitely want to finish it. Just a couple nights ago, I was home alone and playing. I was cursing loudly because I can’t get past some level in the game. I was literally punching myself. Haha. Scary. Lalaro ulit ako mamaya.

Also, I am indeed a Flickr addict. Exciting pag may mga comments sa pictures mo. Hehe. Asar nga lang, masyado atang napaaga ang pagbili ko ng Pro account. I only have a pathetic 153-photo archive.

Another event, last weekend, while I was playing Prince of Persia, my housemate texted and he was with one of our thesismates back in college. They were in metrowalk and they are inviting me to have dinner. So I (hesitantly) walked there. We met, and after receiving comments from our thesismate, Des, of how huge I have become and how huge my arms were (hehe), we went to Chicken Bacolod to have dinner. I ate grilled fish that’s priced 90 per 100 grams. After dinner we had drinks outside Phi. After some talking and laughs and three visits to the toilet, we walked home.

Wednesday night. It was my first time in Trinoma, a new mall in North Ave. I watched Harry Potter with a couple of friends. The mall, it was by far the nicest malls I have been to. There’s a rooftop garden which I think is very well landscaped. The scene however is marred by palabing labing couples. Gah!

The movie was great by the way.

Yay, I am a Flickr addict (any rehab for such)? Anyway, I just got myself a Pro account. Yun lang. I have new shots I took when I was in San Juan. I was in San Juan this weekend to visit my family. I will upload them tonight.

Pool opens at 9 AM

Here I am, sweating after an hour workout. Yep, this is the first time I have worked out after my gym membership expired last Saturday. The building we are living in fortunately has a small gym with the basic lifting equipments that I can live with, hehe. And the residents have free access to this gym, of course. It is on the rooftop and I only have to climb one flight of stairs to reach it since we live on the last floor. I wasn’t getting much of cardio lately, and I was thinking I could use the elevator to go down 10 floors then use the stairs to go back up before I hit the gym. Call me desperate. Well, I didn’t do it (the climbing the stairs cardio thing)… before I hit the gym. I did it after the gym. I purposely went down 10 floors from our floor by stairs then went back up again by stairs.

Now this gym is located beside the building pool. This same guy is cleaning it every morning and he finishes at around 7 AM. The water is very inviting and I asked this maintenance guy if it was OK to use the pool already since he has already finished cleaning it. And he said that the pool only opens at 9 AM. Arrr, it doesn’t have a door! It’s always open. I could have jumped right in, but then again, i’m all sweaty and stinky hehe.

Die hard. Last night, we watched Die Hard 4.0. It was alright. I’m not jumping out of my seat, hehe. It was OK. The hacking thing was a bit cheesy though, in my opinion. But the fights, punches, runs, car chases, explosions were great I suppose. Well, I liked it. It’s not bad. I liked it, you should probably watch it. Yes, I would suggest you watch it.

Also, I finally was able to watch Bourne Identity and Bourne Supremacy. Wow. I can’t believe I didn’t watch it before. Definitely a favorite. Bourne Ultimatum is on the way. I don’t know what month it will be released though.

I am still thinking if I would wait for 9 AM for the pool. I still have 30 minutes.

Office Boredom

I called in sick today. I woke up with a really bad tummy and I kept returning to the bathroom to relieve myself somehow of the pain and of things that go with it. Enough of that shit.
